XXI century’, member of dissertation councils for the defense of doctorate and candidate thesis works, scientific advisor of Master and PhD students, post-docs (Moscow, Russia), the author of more than 160 publications on the issues of the constitutional and municipal right, referendum right, forms of direct democracy, constitutional rule of law; editor-in-chief and author of scientific and practical commentaries to the current Russian legislation.
