Aleksey Chernenko – PhD in economy (Doctor of Sciences), Professor, Professor of the Department of ‘Marketing and management’ of the trade and economic faculty at South Ural State University (Chelyabinsk, Russia), the author of more than 200 published works on the issues of instrument construction for the improvement of microeconomic indicators for the evaluation of the resources` usage efficiency. The sphere of scientific interest is concentrated on planning, analysis and monitoring of microeconomic indicators; the track and audit of assets and business transactions with them.
